Led by Renshin, the weekend meditation retreats will include meditation and posture guidance, personal meetings with the teacher, invigorating grounds work, and two daily vegan meals. We are a dedicated community of practitioners, who live and work full-time together, and we’re honored to offer you a seat. We hope to see you in our zendo.
Please note the arrival day is Thursday and the departure day is Monday. You are welcome to stay until Wednesday (or longer!) if you would like to take advantage of our weekly Wednesday shuttle. For more details on travel or if you have questions, please contact us.
