August Awakening Week

We are a dedicated community of practitioners who live and work full-time together. We are honored to offer you a seat to join this week-long silent retreat. We will practice sitting meditation together, engage in invigorating grounds work, share two daily vegan meals, and dedicate our energy to maintaining a mindfulness technique throughout each activity.
