February Awakening Week with Soryu Forall

Led by head teacher Soryu Forall, this week-long meditation retreat will include meditation and posture guidance, personal meetings with the teacher, invigorating grounds work, and two daily vegan meals. We are a dedicated community of practitioners who live and work full-time together, and we’re honored to offer you a seat. We hope to see you in the zendo.

Please note the arrival day is the Wednesday preceding the awakening week and the departure day is the Sunday following the awakening week. You are welcome to stay until Wednesday (or longer!) if you would like to take advantage of our weekly Wednesday shuttle. For more details on travel, or if you have questions, please contact us.
